These kits have been assembled to include Gasket Kit, shims, Piston Ring Kit, valve discs, springs, o-rings, oil seal and unloader diaphragms if required, to recondition one compressor.
This kit includes the following parts:
- 3715 Gasket Set
- 8161 Piston Ring Set x 2
- Shim Set
- 1552-002 Valve Disc x 4
- 1565 Unloader Diaphragms x 2
- O-Ring Kit
- 6315 Oil Seal
- 1202 Valve Spring x 2
- 1368 Valve Spring x 2
Note: Early ROC’s (Record of Change) of this compressor (before 1950) use Suction Valves that are now Obsolete, Quincy does not show replacement discs or springs. These Kits are made assuming that the valves have been replaced by the 4610X3 valve.
